30إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَبسُطُ الرِّزقَ لِمَن يَشاءُ وَيَقدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُ كانَ بِعِبادِهِ خَبيرًا بَصيرًاTalal ItaniYour Lord expands the provision for whomever He wills, and restricts it. He is fully Informed, Observant of His servants.
