29وَلا تَجعَل يَدَكَ مَغلولَةً إِلىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلا تَبسُطها كُلَّ البَسطِ فَتَقعُدَ مَلومًا مَحسورًاAisha BewleyDo not keep your hand chained to your neck but do not extend it either to its full extent so that you sit there blamed and destitute.
