13وَكُلَّ إِنسانٍ أَلزَمناهُ طائِرَهُ في عُنُقِهِ ۖ وَنُخرِجُ لَهُ يَومَ القِيامَةِ كِتابًا يَلقاهُ مَنشورًاMir AneesuddinAnd We have made every man’s fate (or action) to cling to his neck1, and We will bring out for him on the day of resurrection, a book (or a record) which he will find wide open.Does this verse refer to destiny and memory on which every thought and action, even dreams are recorded ?
