2يُنَزِّلُ المَلائِكَةَ بِالرّوحِ مِن أَمرِهِ عَلىٰ مَن يَشاءُ مِن عِبادِهِ أَن أَنذِروا أَنَّهُ لا إِلٰهَ إِلّا أَنا فَاتَّقونِAhmed & SamiraHe descends the angels with the Soul/Spirit from His order/command on whom He wills/wants from His worshippers/slaves, that warn/give notice, that He is, no God except Me, so fear and obey Me.
