100 Preface إِنَّما سُلطانُهُ عَلَى الَّذينَ يَتَوَلَّونَهُ وَالَّذينَ هُم بِهِ مُشرِكونَAhmed AliHis power is only over those who take him as their patron, and those who ascribe equals (to God).
