Preface

وَلَقَد نَعلَمُ أَنَّكَ يَضيقُ صَدرُكَ بِما يَقولونَ

Yusuf Ali

We do indeed know how thy heart is distressed¹ at what they say.

Literally, ’that thy breast is constrained.'
