21وَإِن مِن شَيءٍ إِلّا عِندَنا خَزائِنُهُ وَما نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعلومٍMuhammad AliAnd there is not a thing but with Us are the treasures of it, and We send it not down but in a known measure.
