21 Preface وَإِن مِن شَيءٍ إِلّا عِندَنا خَزائِنُهُ وَما نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعلومٍAli Quli QaraiThere is not a thing but that its sources are with Us, and We do not send it down except in a known measure.
