21 Preface وَإِن مِن شَيءٍ إِلّا عِندَنا خَزائِنُهُ وَما نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعلومٍAhmed AliOf all things there are We have the stores, and send them down in determined measure.
