21وَإِن مِن شَيءٍ إِلّا عِندَنا خَزائِنُهُ وَما نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعلومٍZafar AnsariThere is nothing except that its treasuries are with Us and We do not send it down except in a known measure.
