21وَإِن مِن شَيءٍ إِلّا عِندَنا خَزائِنُهُ وَما نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعلومٍTalal ItaniThere is not a thing but with Us are its stores, and We send it down only in precise measure.
