21وَإِن مِن شَيءٍ إِلّا عِندَنا خَزائِنُهُ وَما نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعلومٍSyed V. AhamedAnd there is not a thing whose (unending) treasures are not with Us; And We only send down from there in correct and known measures.
