21وَإِن مِن شَيءٍ إِلّا عِندَنا خَزائِنُهُ وَما نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعلومٍHilali & KhanAnd there is not a thing, but with Us are the stores thereof. And We send it not down except in a known measure.
