21وَإِن مِن شَيءٍ إِلّا عِندَنا خَزائِنُهُ وَما نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعلومٍMuhammad SarwarWith Us is the source of everything and We do not send it down except in a known quantity.
