15 Preface وَاستَفتَحوا وَخابَ كُلُّ جَبّارٍ عَنيدٍAli Quli QaraiThey1 prayed for victory2 [against the infidels], and every obdurate tyrant has failed, That is, the apostles.Or ‘verdict;’ that is, the verdict of Allah against the unbelievers.
