39يَمحُو اللَّهُ ما يَشاءُ وَيُثبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُ أُمُّ الكِتابِRashad KhalifaGOD erases whatever He wills, and fixes (whatever He wills). With Him is the original Master Record.
