39يَمحُو اللَّهُ ما يَشاءُ وَيُثبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُ أُمُّ الكِتابِMuhammad SarwarFor every event God has ordained His decree. God establishes or effaces whatever He wants and with Him is the original of the Book.
