هُوَ الَّذي يُريكُمُ البَرقَ خَوفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنشِئُ السَّحابَ الثِّقالَ

He it is Who shows you the lightning causing fear and hope and (Who) brings up the heavy cloud.
