12هُوَ الَّذي يُريكُمُ البَرقَ خَوفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنشِئُ السَّحابَ الثِّقالَZafar AnsariHe it is Who causes you to see lightning that inspires you with both fear and hope, and He it is Who whips up heavy clouds.
