12هُوَ الَّذي يُريكُمُ البَرقَ خَوفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنشِئُ السَّحابَ الثِّقالَMuhammad SarwarIt is God who flashes lightning to frighten you and to give you hope. It is He who forms the heavy clouds.
