97إِلىٰ فِرعَونَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاتَّبَعوا أَمرَ فِرعَونَ ۖ وَما أَمرُ فِرعَونَ بِرَشيدٍA. J. Arberryto Pharaoh and his Council; but they followed Pharaoh's command, and Pharaoh's command was not right-minded.
