97 Preface إِلىٰ فِرعَونَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاتَّبَعوا أَمرَ فِرعَونَ ۖ وَما أَمرُ فِرعَونَ بِرَشيدٍAhmed AliTo the Pharaoh and his nobles, but they followed the bidding of Pharaoh, though the bidding of Pharaoh was unrightful.
