97إِلىٰ فِرعَونَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاتَّبَعوا أَمرَ فِرعَونَ ۖ وَما أَمرُ فِرعَونَ بِرَشيدٍAisha Bewleyto Pharaoh and his ruling circle. They followed Pharaoh’s command but Pharaoh’s command was not rightly guided.
