97إِلىٰ فِرعَونَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاتَّبَعوا أَمرَ فِرعَونَ ۖ وَما أَمرُ فِرعَونَ بِرَشيدٍShabbir AhmedTo Pharaoh and his chiefs. They followed only the command of Pharaoh, and his command did not lead to right.
