97إِلىٰ فِرعَونَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاتَّبَعوا أَمرَ فِرعَونَ ۖ وَما أَمرُ فِرعَونَ بِرَشيدٍRashad KhalifaTo Pharaoh and his elders. But they followed the command of Pharaoh, and Pharaoh's command was not wise.
