20أُولٰئِكَ لَم يَكونوا مُعجِزينَ فِي الأَرضِ وَما كانَ لَهُم مِن دونِ اللَّهِ مِن أَولِياءَ ۘ يُضاعَفُ لَهُمُ العَذابُ ۚ ما كانوا يَستَطيعونَ السَّمعَ وَما كانوا يُبصِرونَBijan MoeinianThe unjust people will fail to overcome the Lord on the earth and will find that there is none to protect them from the Lord in the Hereafter. Their punishment will be doubled for the simple reason that they failed to hear and to see.
