119إِلّا مَن رَحِمَ رَبُّكَ ۚ وَلِذٰلِكَ خَلَقَهُم ۗ وَتَمَّت كَلِمَةُ رَبِّكَ لَأَملَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنَ الجِنَّةِ وَالنّاسِ أَجمَعينَ(Irfan-ul-Quran)Except for him on whom your Lord has bestowed His Mercy and that is what He has created them for. And the Word of your Lord has been fulfilled: ‘Surely I will fill Hell with all the (disbelieving) jinn and men.’
