117 Preface وَما كانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهلِكَ القُرىٰ بِظُلمٍ وَأَهلُها مُصلِحونَAli Quli QaraiYour Lord would never destroy the townships unjustly while their inhabitants were bringing about reform.
