114 Preface وَأَقِمِ الصَّلاةَ طَرَفَيِ النَّهارِ وَزُلَفًا مِنَ اللَّيلِ ۚ إِنَّ الحَسَناتِ يُذهِبنَ السَّيِّئَاتِ ۚ ذٰلِكَ ذِكرىٰ لِلذّاكِرينَAli Quli QaraiMaintain the prayer at the two ends of the day,1 and during the early hours of the night. Indeed good deeds efface misdeeds.2 That is an admonition for the mindful. That is, at dawn and sunset.Or ‘Indeed good deeds remove ills,’ or ‘Indeed virtues efface vices.’
