23فَلَمّا أَنجاهُم إِذا هُم يَبغونَ فِي الأَرضِ بِغَيرِ الحَقِّ ۗ يا أَيُّهَا النّاسُ إِنَّما بَغيُكُم عَلىٰ أَنفُسِكُم ۖ مَتاعَ الحَياةِ الدُّنيا ۖ ثُمَّ إِلَينا مَرجِعُكُم فَنُنَبِّئُكُم بِما كُنتُم تَعمَلونَJ. M. RodwellBut when we have rescued them, lo! they commit unrighteous excesses on the earth! O men! assuredly your self-injuring excess is only an enjoyment of this life present: soon ye return to us: and we will let you know what ye have done!
