31 Preface يُدخِلُ مَن يَشاءُ في رَحمَتِهِ ۚ وَالظّالِمينَ أَعَدَّ لَهُم عَذابًا أَليمًاAhmed AliHe admits whosoever He will to His benevolence. But for the evil-doers He has prepared a painful punishment.
