66قالَ المَلَأُ الَّذينَ كَفَروا مِن قَومِهِ إِنّا لَنَراكَ في سَفاهَةٍ وَإِنّا لَنَظُنُّكَ مِنَ الكاذِبينَMuhammad AsadSaid the great ones among his people, who refused to acknowledge the truth: "Verily, we see that thou art weak-minded; and, verily, we think that thou art a liar!"1They considered him "weak-minded" because he expected them to give up their traditional beliefs and deities; and a "liar", because he claimed to be a prophet of God.
