Does (this also) not guide and (enlighten) those who have inherited the earth (themselves) after (the destruction of) those (one time) dwelling in the earth that if We desire We may punish them (as well) for their sins and We shall seal their hearts (due to their evil behaviour) so they will be unable to hear (and understand the Truth).
