13 Preface ۞ وَلَهُ ما سَكَنَ فِي اللَّيلِ وَالنَّهارِ ۚ وَهُوَ السَّميعُ العَليمُAli Quli QaraiTo Him belongs whatever abides in the night and the day, and He is the All-hearing, the All-knowing.
