2ما يَفتَحِ اللَّهُ لِلنّاسِ مِن رَحمَةٍ فَلا مُمسِكَ لَها ۖ وَما يُمسِك فَلا مُرسِلَ لَهُ مِن بَعدِهِ ۚ وَهُوَ العَزيزُ الحَكيمُGeorge SaleThe mercy which God shall freely bestow on mankind, there is none who can with-hold; and what He shall with-hold, there is none who can bestow, besides Him: And He is the mighty, the wise.
