43هُوَ الَّذي يُصَلّي عَلَيكُم وَمَلائِكَتُهُ لِيُخرِجَكُم مِنَ الظُّلُماتِ إِلَى النّورِ ۚ وَكانَ بِالمُؤمِنينَ رَحيمًا(Saheeh International)It is He who confers blessing upon you,1 and His angels [ask Him to do so] that He may bring you out from darknesses into the light. And ever is He, to the believers, Merciful. i.e., Allāh (subḥānahu wa ta‘ālā) cares for you and covers you with His mercy. An additional meaning is that He praises you in the presence of the angels.
