And from among the owners of the book, there is he who, if you entrust him with a heap of wealth, he will pay it back to you, and from among them there is he who, if you entrust him with a dinar (even a small account), he will not pay it back to you unless you stand over him (demanding it). That is because they say, “There is no way (responsibility) upon us in (connection with) the unlearned people (Arabs), “and they speak a lie against Allah while they know.
