74يَختَصُّ بِرَحمَتِهِ مَن يَشاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الفَضلِ العَظيمِAhmed & SamiraHe singles out/specializes with His mercy whom He wills/wants, and God (is owner) of the great grace/favour.
