109وَلِلَّهِ ما فِي السَّماواتِ وَما فِي الأَرضِ ۚ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ تُرجَعُ الأُمورُShabbir AhmedUnto Allah belong all things in the Highs and all things in the Lows. You can see that His Laws govern the heavens and the earth. All things are moving and evolving towards what they are meant to be and all things go back to Allah as their Source.
