39وَأَنذِرهُم يَومَ الحَسرَةِ إِذ قُضِيَ الأَمرُ وَهُم في غَفلَةٍ وَهُم لا يُؤمِنونَMir AneesuddinAnd warn them of the day of regret when the affair will be decided, and (at present) they are in a state of heedlessness and (therefore) they do not believe.
