21قالَ كَذٰلِكِ قالَ رَبُّكِ هُوَ عَلَيَّ هَيِّنٌ ۖ وَلِنَجعَلَهُ آيَةً لِلنّاسِ وَرَحمَةً مِنّا ۚ وَكانَ أَمرًا مَقضِيًّاHamid AzizHe said, "Thus says your Lord, 'It is easy for Me! And We will make him a revelation unto mankind, and a mercy from Us; for it is a thing ordained (or decreed)."
