12هُوَ الَّذي يُريكُمُ البَرقَ خَوفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنشِئُ السَّحابَ الثِّقالَTalal ItaniIt is He who shows you the lightening, causing fear and hope. And He produces the heavy clouds.
