4تَنَزَّلُ المَلائِكَةُ وَالرّوحُ فيها بِإِذنِ رَبِّهِم مِن كُلِّ أَمرٍShabbir AhmedThe Universal forces and the Divine Revelation have descended therein, by their Lord's Leave and shall work in concert with every Decree to carry out His plan.
